REAL First Class 3D liposuction
REAL does not judge success by the volume removed. Balanced curves matter most, so treatment focuses on retained fat and body contour.

Recovery
Shortest recovery time
Fat
Precise removal of superficial fat
Skin elasticity
Lift loose skin
VASER used in REAL 3D liposuction is specialized ultrasound acting selectively on fat. It gently breaks fat down while minimizing vessel and nerve injury, pain and bruising. It also precisely removes superficial fat to limit skin laxity and create firm, slender lines.
REAL VASER can treat superficial fat and fibrous areas such as the back and waist that conventional liposuction struggles to address.
Step01
Inject tumescent solution, a fat-separation agent, into the treatment area.
Step02
Insert a slender ultrasound probe to selectively emulsify fat.
Step03
Remove the emulsified fat through a cannula.

Abdomen / waist
Accelerate slimming for health and beauty.
The abdomen and waist accumulate fat easily but are difficult to reduce. Abdominal obesity also raises risks of adult and cardiovascular diseases.

Thighs
Break free from cellulite-associated lower-body obesity
Lower-body fat is especially common in women. Estrogen encourages fat storage in the lower abdomen and thighs during pregnancy to protect the fetus, making these areas a major fat reserve.
Weight change: Waist change:
91 kg → 63 kg / about 28 kg 36 in → 31 in
The greater the fat volume, the more visible the slimming effect from liposuction can be.

Arms
Turn thick, loose arms into slender, firm contours.
Upper-arm fat is difficult to reduce with diet or exercise because the inner-arm muscles are used less and fat accumulates easily. Since arms are often visible and affect clothing fit, liposuction can provide immediate contour reduction.

70 kg → 50 kg / about 20 kg 21 in → 17 in

Questions and answers
Questions and answers
When can I return to daily life after abdominal surgery?
Compression garments are required but do not prevent daily activity. Showering is possible after two days, and soreness is expected early. Garments are worn around the clock for two weeks, so recovery experience varies by season.
How much weight will I lose?
Even when a large volume is removed, body weight may not fall greatly because fat is light and only localized deposits are treated. Liposuction should be viewed as body-shape correction.
Will there be scars?
Incisions are placed discreetly and are about 1.5 cm. They fade over six months; strong direct light should be avoided. Large scars are uncommon, but additional treatment may be needed if scarring is pronounced.
Can an area undergo liposuction again?
Yes. Repeat treatment may address residual fat, unevenness or weight gain after surgery. Surgery reduces fat, but consistent postoperative management remains essential.
